As we approach the end of the year, I thought I would share some industry benchmark stats to help you evaluate what you are doing well and perhaps identify some areas where there is an opportunity for improvement.

Note: A high email bounce rate, unsubscribe or complain rate will result in your email account being suspended.
Tip: Keep investing in cleaning up your data to ensure your email deliverability is maintained or improves.
(2) Google Ads & Conversion Rates

Note: The Google Ads landscape has changed significantly in 2022, its important to audit and review all your settings to ensure you are not spending money in the wrong areas.
Tip: Identify your money keywords and keep investing in trying to improve your website conversion rate
(3) Facebook Ads

Note: The higher the click through rate on Facebook you are rewarded with a lower cost per click
Tip: You need to monitor your Facebook Ad Frequency every fortnight at a minimum, and if your Ad Frequency increases to 3-10%, its time to change your creative or modify your audience.
