- Behavioural & usage data: website activity, IP address, cookies, browser type, session logs.
- Transactional data: service enquiries, billing, and support interactions.

We provide clear collection notices at each data-entry point describing how information will be used, including AI processing where relevant.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
ROI Growth Agency uses AI responsibly to enhance marketing insights, automate workflows, and improve service delivery. Our AI tools include generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics models.
3.1 Types of data processed by AI
- Names, contact details, and business identifiers.
- Online behaviour, preferences, and engagement metrics.

3.2 Purposes of AI processing

3.3 Data training and model handling
Where AI systems learn from data (e.g., for internal optimisation), ROI applies privacy by design principles. Training data is de-identified or anonymised wherever practical. Sensitive or client-specific data is never used for model training without consent.
3.4 Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
We conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) before deploying or substantially modifying any AI system that processes personal information, consistent with OAIC guidance on privacy and AI.

- Provide analytics and personalised recommendations.
- Automate communications and optimise client experiences through AI systems.
- Comply with legal obligations or respond to regulatory requests.
5. Consent, control & opt-outs
We seek consent where personal information may be used for AI-related purposes beyond the original reason for collection. You may request that your information not be used for AI analysis or training by contacting us at hello@roi.com.au. We provide accessible opt-out mechanisms in all marketing and data-collection interfaces.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and tracking technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) to analyse performance and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may limit some site functions.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Data may be shared with trusted providers supporting hosting, CRM, AI infrastructure, and analytics. All third-party contracts require compliance with the APPs and OAIC privacy guidance for AI use. Data may be processed overseas (e.g., US, EU, Singapore) under equivalent privacy safeguards.
8. Data security & privacy by design
